Like sunburn, 'Tan Mom' arrest fades away

"Tan Mom" won't be going to jail after all.

Remember Patricia Krentcil? She was accused of child endangerment last year when her 5-year-old daughter showed up to school with a sunburn.

Krentcil told officials she did not take her kid to a tanning booth, but she did admit spending a lot of time there herself.

HLN affiliate WCBS reports a grand jury in New Jersey has sided with her and dropped the charges Tuesday.
