Desmond Bryant, a defensive tackle for the Oakland Raiders, was arrested Sunday in Miami, Florida, on a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief, according to online jail records.

SFGate.com reports Bryant was arrested after allegedly going to a neighbor’s house inebriated and causing a commotion.

HLN was unable to locate an attorney representing Bryant.
