Despite sagging ratings and a shortage of big names, "Dancing With the Stars" keeps trudging forth. The cast for the 16th season of the celebrity dance-off has been revealed!

Season 16 will include the following:

Country singer Wynonna Judd and dancer Tony Dovolani

Actor and comedian D.L. Hughley and "DWTS" pro Cheryl Burke

"Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump and new dancer Gleb Savchenko

Tabloid favorite Andy Dick and another new dancer, Sharna Burgess.

Boxer and politician Victor Ortiz and new dancer Lindsay Arnold

Disney star Zendaya Coleman and dancer Val Chmerkovskiy

U.S. Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman and dancer Mark Ballas

"General Hospital" star Ingo Rademacher and dancer Kym Johnson

Country star (and former "American Idol" contestant) Kellie Pickler and dancer Derek Hough

Baltimore Ravens receiver Jacoby Jones and dancer Karina Smirnoff

Legendary figure skater Dorothy Hamill and dancer Tristan MacManus

One person who will not be returning to the reality dance competition is longtime dancer, Maksim Chmerkovskiy. The dancing pro explained his decision in a statement to Showbiz Tonight. "I’ve been a pro dancer on the show for about seven years now and am eager to explore other opportunities that have been made possible because of 'Dancing with the Stars.'"

Maksim says that while he thanks his fans for their endless support, he looks forward to branching out from his comfort zone: "I'm going to take this time to dive into producing and acting, while fulfilling my sponsorship obligations."

The new season of "DWTS" premieres March 28 on ABC.
