You could wait an extra 90 minutes for your flight, if $85 billion in forced budget cuts kick-in on Friday. 

Sunday on CNN's State of the Union, transportation secretary Ray LaHood said he may have to cut back on air traffic controllers beginning in April and that could slow down departures.

Critics say the White House is using scare tactics. They say even with the cuts, the FAA's budget will still be higher than it was five years ago.
