Pistorius brother also facing homicide charge

The brother of Olympic icon-turned murder suspect Oscar Pistorius is also charged in the death of a woman.

Carl Pistorius is facing culpable homicide charges after a fatal traffic accident.

He was initially scheduled to go to trial last Thursday. That would have been right in the midst of his brother's bail hearing. A judge allowed the case to be rescheduled to March, so he could support his brother.

Oscar Pistorius' trial is set for June.

He says he accidentally shot his girlfriend, thinking she was an intruder.
