Mindy McCready's last song a suicide note?

Mindy McCready's family announced on Friday they are planning a private funeral service for the late singer.

The service will take place on Feb. 26 at Crossroads Church in Fort Meyers, Florida.

An additional memorial is set to take place March 6 in Nashville. This one is being organized by her friends and peers in the music community.

McCready passed away of an apparent suicide at the age of 37 on Feb. 17.
