North Carolina authorities say a call about a drunken woman at a karaoke bar who couldn’t pay her bill led police to discover the woman had bought drinks for her teenage son, WAFB reported.

Tonia Mahaffey, 37, was charged with public disorderly conduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Mahaffey’s son, 19-year-old Austin Berrong-Mahaffey, was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of beer or wine by a minor.
