If Florida Sen. Marco Rubio is really serious about running for president in 2016, he's off to a great start. Because like any good White House hopeful, he's already inadvertently turned an ostensibly political moment into a meme.
The debates gave us binders full of women, horses and bayonets. Last night, the Republican State of the Union rebuttal gave us #WaterBreak.
