Kim Kardashian is fed up with her ex, Kris Humphries, dragging his feet over their divorce, and now the reality star has taken drastic measures: Kardashian filed for a ruling that would immediately dissolve their union.

According to a source close to the Kardashians, Kim filed the papers last month in an effort to finally put an end to her marriage -- which she sought to end 72 days after her wedding -- before she gives birth to her and boyfriend Kanye West's child in early July.

While Kim is ready to move on with her life, the source also disclosed that Humphries has once again tried to prolong the divorce proceedings by filing documents on Wednesday to keep it from going through.

Kim has said in past interviews that she thinks about one day marrying West, but needs to have the chapter of her life involving Humphries closed first.
