Two "Blind Side" moms tackle the 2013 Super Bowl:
Leigh Anne and Sean Tuohy are the parents of Michael Oher, an offensive tackle for the Super Bowl XLVII champions Baltimore Ravens. His story is featured in the book and film, "The Blind Side." Leigh Anne explains to HLN how she uses the "Blind Side" fame to help improve the foster care and adoption industry in the United States.
Stephanie and Danny Britt are the parents of Demarcus Dobbs, a defensive tackle for this year's Super Bowl runners-up San Francisco 49ers. His story is very similar to the one featured in "The Blind Side" and even took place around the same time. Stephanie talks to HLN about how it feels to be compared to the Tuohys and why her story is more common than people might think.
They're practically the mom version of the Harbaugh brothers.
What are the chances: Two different moms in separate U.S. cities adopt two young boys and raise them as their own. Both kids grow up dreaming to play in the NFL and end up getting drafted just two years apart. One's an offensive tackle; the other -- a defensive tackle. One plays for the Ravens; the other -- for the 49ers. The two faced off at this year's big game and their moms cheered them on louder than ever.
