Just days before her much anticipated Super Bowl halftime show, Beyonce took the stage, shutting down critics before saying a word!

She belted out an amazing rendition of the national anthem, acapella!

Beyonce says she didn’t sing live at the inauguration because she is a perfectionist. Bey added she was concerned about the weather and her lack of rehearsal time interfering with her performance.

“It was about the president and the inauguration,” explained Beyonce. “I wanted to make him and my country proud. So, I decided to sing along with my prerecorded track.”
