A 30-year-old man arrested for his sixth driving under the influence charge was wearing a T-shirt that said, “Been Drinking? Free Breathalyzer Test: Blow Here,” WCCB-TV reported.

Bryan Wendler was found passed out in his car while it was still running, WCCB reported, citing police.
