Mugshot: Man answers phone at police substation?

Police say a Colorado man broke into a sheriff’s substation and started answering the phone, HLN affiliate KDVR reported.

Philip Thomas Brown, 41, was charged with second degree burglary, criminal mischief and obstruction.

KDVR reports Brown told police he broke into the substation because he was homeless and had the flu.
