Chris Brown’s alleged fight with an unnamed victim could send him to jail.

Los Angeles police are investigating Brown for an alleged assault Sunday night. 

Witnesses say Brown was fighting with someone over a parking spot and threw a punch.

Music star Frank Ocean recently tweeted this:

If Brown is criminally charged as a result of this supposed fight, his probation could be revoked.

Brown is three years into his five-year probation for his felony assault conviction in the 2009 assault of singer Rihanna. His probation is scheduled to end in August 2014.

As part of his probation, Brown had to spend more than 1,400 hours in “labor-oriented service” and complete a domestic violence education program.

His last probation status hearing was January 17.

If Brown is charged with assault it could mean jail time or changes to his current probation requirements.
