Court documents say a 20-year-old Houston mother allegedly bit her 1-year-old toddler’s face because she was jealous and thought his dad loved him more than her, HLN affiliate KHOU reported.

Lessielee Ann King was charged with felony injury to a child.

Police say when they asked King about the bite mark on her baby’s cheek, she allegedly said she never meant to leave any marks on him, according to KHOU.
