Mugshot: Woman exposes herself at youth center?

Police say Dale Delgado Wisniewski, 45, exposed herself to children playing football outside a youth center in New Smyrna Beach by pulling down her jeans, the Orlando Sentinel reported.

Wisniewski also allegedly struck a police officer at the police station, according to reports.
