Man accused of selling bogus theme park tickets on Craigslist
Pedro Rodriguez, 34, was charged with scheme to defraud

Police say Pedro Rodriguez, 34, sold expired Universal and Legoland tickets on Craigslist to unsuspecting tourists, HLN affiliate WFTV reported.

Rodriguez told WFTV the charges are false.

He was charged with scheme to defraud and is being held without bail because of other outstanding warrants, police told WFTV.
