It’s been 6 years since former Apple CEO Steve Jobs debuted the company's first iPhone at a Macworld convention. In 2007, the world was introduced to the first generation of Apple's smart phone-- complete with a touch screen, camera and a built in iPod.

  • Happy birthday, Richard Nixon! In 1913, the 37th president made his grand entrance into the world in Yorba Linda, California.
  • In 1861, Mississippi became the second state to secede from the Union.
