The man accused of opening fire on an SUV full of teens and killing one of them after an argument over loud music is now charged with first-degree murder.

Michael Dunn was only facing a second-degree murder charge in the death of 17-year-old Jordan Davis, but that charged was upgraded Thursday, reports HLN affiliate WJXT.
Dunn's attorney says his client opened fire in self-defense.
Dunn is also facing three attempted first-degree murder charges for the other passengers in the vehicle that survived.
Dunn is scheduled to be arraigned on his new charges Monday. He is being held without bail in a Duval County, Florida, jail.
