Police say Robert Ball, 49, forced his estranged wife at knifepoint on a date with him when she allegedly told him she didn’t love him anymore, BayNews9.com reported.

The date reportedly included dinner at the Golden Corral, a shopping trip to Walmart and watching TV.

Ball was charged aggravated domestic assault and tampering with a witness
