The Erie County Sheriff’s Office says Roger Oates, 48, bit Scott Hall, 40, on the face reportedly because Oates was mad at Hall for not testifying on his behalf in an underage consumption complaint, WJW reported.
Oates reportedly bit Hall above the eye, leaving a large chunk of skin missing, according to the station.
Both men were charged with assault, resisting arrest and obstructing official business.
