A "Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member is revealing that the reality show isn't all that based in reality, after all.
Walter Jackson, who was the boyfriend of "Real Housewives" star and former Miss USA Kenya Moore, revealed to an Atlanta radio station that their entire relationship was staged for the cameras.
Jackson explained that while he and Moore, who is the newest member of the cast, did date years ago, it never turned into anything. “I did know her before the show. We dated about three years ago … for about three months,” he revealed.
Jackson maintains that Moore asked him to "play" her boyfriend on the show after she was cast: “I said, ‘I could play your boyfriend no problem.’ She told me it was like acting … we didn’t do anything.”
Of course there are two sides to every story, and Moore says there is no truth to Jackson's story. Moore released a statement to Showbiz Tonight saying, "The truth is and has always been that I want to be in a loving, honest, long-term relationship with someone who genuinely loves me for me -- Walter's recent statements are completely false. I am embarrassed that I allowed a deceitful and hateful person in my life. He says he 'did it for fame.'"
Moore goes on to say that the truth will come out on the show and to keep watching this season. "I am moving on from this situation and hope he can as well with respect and dignity going forward. I have heard the fans and my friends loud and clear ... I can do better than Walter, and I will."
Which side of the story do you believe?
