Lindsay Lohan may have to report to jail in January. The actress was on probation for her no-contest plea to a grand theft charge for stealing a necklace.
Wednesday morning, Los Angeles Superior Court Commissioner Jane Godfrey revoked Lohan’s probation, because new charges have been filed against her for allegedly driving recklessly in Santa Monica, California, and then lying to police officers.
The court has ordered Lohan to appear at a probation violation hearing on January 15, 2013. At that hearing, the court could order jail time for the “Mean Girls” star.
In November, Lohan was charged with assault after getting in a fight at a New York nightclub.
