Have you met Billy, the Chihuahua who was plucked from a puppy mill by Adam, a loving Humane Society worker? Good news! Adam and Billy are going to be LIVE at 1 p.m. Friday on the Humane Society's "Billy Cam," answering your questions! (Well, Adam will answer your questions. Billy will just look adorable.)
