Kate Middleton is pregnant with her first child.

Catherine Middleton left the hospital with Prince William this morning.

The royal couple stopped and smiled for cameras as they left King Edward VII hospital in central London.

Thirty-year-old Kate -- who's almost 12 weeks pregnant -- has been in the hospital since Monday, being treated for the effects of acute morning sickness.

She'll continue her recovery and rest at Kensington Palace.
