Police say Christopher Franklin Weaver robbed a bank 55 minutes after he was released from jail.

The Eugene Police Department says 33-year-old Christopher Franklin Weaver robbed a bank 55 minutes after he was released from jail for unrelated charges, HLN affiliate KVAL reported.

Weaver was booked into the Lane County Jail on Wednesday for failing to appear on charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and violating parole for sex abuse.
