Isle of Wight County deputies say 23-year-old Brooke Herrin pushed her 7-month-old baby in a stroller down a busy Virginia highway while intoxicated, HLN affiliate WTKR reported.

Herrin was charged with public intoxication, reckless disregard for a child’s life and possession of schedule 1 narcotics.
