It is just REALLY not Lindsay Lohan's day today.

The same day the actress was arrested for allegedly assaulting a woman at a NYC nightclub, the Santa Monica, California, City Attorney's Office has charged Lohan with three crimes in connection to a car accident she was involved in this June.

The "Liz & Dick" actress is being charged with willfully resisting or obstructing an officer, giving false information to an officer, and reckless driving. All three charges are misdemeanors.

In June, Lohan and a male passenger were involved in a crash on Pacific Coast Highway while Lindsay was driving a black Porsche. She allegedly first tried to say that she was not driving the vehicle. 

A court date has not been set at this time, but you might remember that Lohan is currently on probation for her necklace shoplifting mishap.
