The Kardashian-Humphries drama continues. The reality star and b-baller's lawyers were back in a Los Angeles, California, court Wednesday to try to resolve the issues that are keeping the marriage from being dissolved.
According to E!, Kardashian's attorney continued to fight her case for the divorce to be finalized, telling the judge, "Miss Kardashian is now handcuffed to Mr. Humphries."
In this year-long battle, Humphries and his lawyer have been arguing that Kim K. only went through with the marriage for her reality show and that in turn they want the 72-day nuptials annulled. E! says that Humphries' lawyer told the judge, "This is a fraud case. This is a matter that needs to be flushed out."
The Brooklyn Nets player's lawyer is reportedly planning to depose Kardashian in early December and also brought in Kim's new guy, Kanye West.
The next court hearing is set for February 15, 2013, which will mark the divorce proceedings at one year, three months time and counting. For those keeping track, that's about six and half times the length of Kim & Kris' marriage itself.
