Talk about a shocker! Just seven months after giving birth to her first baby, Maxwell Drew, Us Magazine is reporting that Jessica Simpson is expecting baby No. 2.

Not so fast though. Simpson's rep responded to the new Us Magazine cover story by telling HLN, "I won't be commenting on speculation made by Us Weekly." So is she or isn't she expecting her second child?

Simpson has recently been seen on red carpets with her sister Ashlee sporting her 70-pound weight loss, but at neither event for the sisters' clothing line did Simpson wear any tight-fitted clothing. On November 15, Simpson tweeted that she had just finished filming her new Weight Watchers commercial. The company signed the new mom to a reported $4 million deal to lose her baby weight.

Us Magazine says this second pregnancy "definitely wasn't planned," but that Simpson is "overjoyed." Simpson is often showing off her adorable baby girl and fiance with pics of them on her blog.
