Beyonce is tireless. Not only is she an international pop star, actress, spokeswoman, blogger and brand new mom -- she can now add director to the mix!

HBO announced Monday that the "Halo" singer will be the subject of a feature-length documentary on the network, which the multi-hyphenate superstar will also direct herself.

In a statement to HLN, Michael Lombardo, president of HBO programming, said the documentary will allow fans to see the real Beyonce. “Everybody knows Beyonce’s music, but few know Beyonce the person,” Lombardo said. “Along with electrifying footage of Beyonce onstage, this unique special looks beyond the glamor to reveal a vibrant, vulnerable, unforgettable woman."

The untitled film, set to premiere in February 2013, will showcase the Grammy-winning singer's life as a new mom and the realities of fame and fortune. Some of the footage will reportedly be shot by Beyonce on her laptop.
