Halle Berry is seeking a restraining order against her ex, Gabriel Aubry, after a fight on Thanksgiving.

After a tumultuous Thanksgiving, Halle Berry is seeking a restraining order against the father of her child and ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry.

According to TMZ, Berry and her fiance, Olivier Martinez, are seeking an immediate restraining order against Aubry, who got into a brawl with Martinez at Berry's home on Thanksgiving.

Berry is reportedly fearful for her 4-year-old daughter Nahla's safety, since the fight is reported to have broken out in front of the child. The "Cloud Atlas" actress will appear in court early this week to argue for an extension of emergency protection a judge placed over Aubry this past weekend after the altercation.

The protection, which expires Tuesday, requires the male model to stay at least 100 yards away from Berry, Martinez and Nahla. TMZ reports that Berry's lawyers hope to extend the protection for an indefinite period of time.

The Thanksgiving Day brawl, which reportedly happened as Aubry was dropping Nahla off at Berry's home, sent both Martinez and Aubry to the hospital and resulted in Aubry's arrest. The model posted bond, but he is facing battery and misdemeanor charges.
