Man accused of stealing three pens from a sheriff's office
Edward Alan Lucas was charged with misdemeanor theft

Authorities say Edward Alan Lucas stole three pens from the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff’s Office, HLN affiliate WWLTV.com reported.

Police say when detectives questioned Lucas, he admitted to stealing the pens.

Lucas was arrested and booked into the St. Tammany Jail on one count of misdemeanor theft.
