Mugshot: Man calls 911 to say he's going to bed?

Police say a 44-year-old Louisville man called the 911 emergency line 13 times for no reason, HLN affiliate WHAS reported.

During one of the calls, police say Randall Mcatee, 44, called to tell the operator he was going to sleep, according to the police report cited by the station.

Mcatee was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and harassing communications.
