Waynesboro, Virginia, police say when they went to question a suspected DUI driver they noticed a plastic bag hanging from the rear windshield of his car with a dead skunk inside, HLN affiliate WAVY reported.

Efrain Moreno Alvarez, 40, was arrested for DUI after taking a sobriety test. Authorities say Alvarez’s blood alcohol content was 0.15.
