A 37-year-old Florida man was arrested after police say he got into a fist-fight when his girlfriend dumped him for his brother, according to a Monroe County Sheriff’s press release.

The press release states when police arrived at the house where the fight took place, they found Francis Dyer’s brother with injuries to his face. A woman also on the scene told authorities she used to live with Dyer but recently left him and started dating his brother.

Dyer was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal mischief, assault and two counts of battery.
