Olympic gold medalist snowboarder Shaun White pleaded guilty Wednesday to two charges stemming from a drunken rampage in a Nashville hotel in September.
The police report from the incident says the athlete nicknamed the “Flying Tomato” pulled a fire alarm and broke a phone at the hotel.
As part of White’s plea deal, the charges of public intoxication and vandalism will be dismissed if White completes several conditions.

For the public intoxication charge, White was ordered to complete an alcohol counseling program and finish 24 hours of community service by January 25, 2013. White has already completed the counseling requirement and has not completed his community service requirement yet.
The judge dismissed the vandalism charge because White has satisfied the condition requiring him to pay restitution to the hotel for the damages he caused.
If he had been convicted at trial, White could have faced a little less than a year in jail.
