Joseph L. Nichols, 46, arrested for 20th time in 2012

Authorities say 46-year-old Joseph L. Nichols was arrested for his 20^th time this year after he was found wandering drunk downtown, WISHTV.com reported.

Nichols was arrested on preliminary charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement.

Nichols was arrested sixteen times for alcohol-related offenses this year. He was also arrested four other times for outstanding warrants, the station reported.

HLN reached out to Nichols' attorney for a comment, but calls were not immediately returned.
