Amanda and Robert Larrivee told police they were having sex at a bar when they were accused of stealing a TV.

Police say a brother and sister claimed they were having sex in the bathroom of a sports bar when they were actually trying to steal a television, CTNow.com reported.

Robert Larrivee, 38, and Amanda Larrivee, 30, were both charged with larceny over $250. Robert Larrivee was also charged with threat to commit a crime after police say he threatened to beat up the arresting officer, the station reported.
