I am a vegan. I have been for at least 15 years. People always ask me questions about being vegan. Is it difficult? How do you do it? I always say it's not hard at all and you would be surprised at what you can eat and how delicious vegan food can be.
At the same time, like many other people, I feel like I am in a constant struggle to eat right and to get in shape. This leads me to my new project. I am going to tweet everything I eat for a week (Maybe longer!). I'm doing this for two main reasons. First, to show people how a vegan eats. And second, to keep myself honest. If I know I have to tweet a pic of everything I eat, maybe I'll think twice before grabbing that snack.
