Erin Moran is reportedly homeless

Oh, Joanie. What would the Fonz say?

Erin Moran, who played the bright, bubbly teenager Joanie Cunningham on "Happy Days," has reportedly fallen on rough times after being evicted from a trailer park home.

According to The National Enquirer, the actress, who also starred in the "Happy Days" spin-off, "Joanie Loves Chachi," was kicked out of her mother-in-law's trailer park home where she and husband, Steve Fleischmann, were staying due to excessive partying and erratic behavior. The couple has been spotted bouncing from hotel to hotel in haggard conditions.

A source told the Enquirer that Moran "was going out and coming home at all hours of the night, sometimes with her rowdy bar friends, and Steve’s mom just couldn’t take it anymore, so she told Erin to leave."

Moran and her husband have reportedly been living off a $65,000 payout from CBS over merchandising rights that five "Happy Days" castmates received earlier this year.

The 51-year-old actress' career was never able to achieve the same level of success after the hit sitcom ended. She has appeared only in a few guest spot appearances, including VH1's "Celebrity Fit Club" and "Not Another B Movie" in 2008.
