Police say 26-year-old John Caruso squirted dish soap into his girlfriend’s mouth because she wouldn’t stop cursing, WTSP reported.

The Florida man reportedly told police he didn’t want his screaming girlfriend to wake up their two sleeping children.

Caruso was charged with domestic battery.
