Nick and Vanessa Lachey are now proud parents!

The couple welcomed their first child on Wednesday. "We are incredibly proud to announce the birth of our beautiful baby boy, Camden John Lachey," the couple tells HLN's Showbiz Tonight. “He came into this world at 8 lbs., 9 oz. and 21 inches. Love has truly been redefined for both of us.”

The couple, who were married in July 2011, have been busy getting ready for the arrival of their little bundle of joy.

On Tuesday, Vanessa tweeted, "#TastyTuesday: @NickSLachey and I just made 4 different casseroles in bulk to freeze. Now, when the munchkin arrives, I've got some grub!" Talk about good timing and very well prepared parents!
