Naked man covered in Crisco 'wanted to party'

Chad William Forber, 41, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, resisting or obstructing a peace officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to reports from The Quad-City Times, police said when Forber was arrested, he was naked and covered in Crisco. Rock Island Deputy Chief of Police Jeff VenGeizen told the paper Forber said he was "looking for a place to party.”
