Kourtney Kardashian's baby girl is making her public debut!

Kourtney poses on the cover of the new issue of US Weekly with her new daughter Penelope Scotland and Penelope’s older brother Mason! Kourtney tells the magazine, “Nothing could prepare me for how hard I fell in love with her.”

The eldest Kardashian sister, and her longtime boyfriend, Scott Disick welcomed Penelope exactly one month ago on July 8. While Kourtney is having no trouble adjusting to diaper duty once again, Scott is having a hard time with that particular aspect! According to US Weekly, Scott is afraid to change Penelope’s diaper and hasn't changed a single one! Lucky for Kourtney, she has a large family that can pitch in and help out.
