So our "Tan Mom" has a new look, who knew? Patricia Krentcil, everyone's favorite bronze goddess, has stopped baking in the booth. She revealed her confident new look to In Touch Weekly, but she says she still feels "weird and pale."
After Krentcil captivated the country with her unique hue, she accepted In Touch's challenge to go tan-free for a month.
Krentcil, who admitted in the magazine that she still uses self-tanning lotion, said she's done with tanning for now. But she said she may "squeeze a tan in here or there." Still, it's a huge departure from her routine of four to five sessions a week.
She pleaded not guilty to child endangerment charges after her young daughter boasted about going tanning with her and sported a mild sunburn. Krentcil says she did not bring the child into the bed itself. She said her daughter received the burns from being out in the sun.
If she's found guilty, Krentcil could face up to ten years in jail, but until then, it seems she is living a, well, lighter life.
