PA House Rep. fights for experts in the court room

Currently, Pennsylvania law does not allow experts to testify, and Representative Charelle Parker is fighting to change that for cases of sexual assault. Watch this video to see her argue for allowing experts to explain to jurors the "normalcy of certain behavior" for victims.
