Joan Rivers dropped by “Hot in Cleveland” to star as -- get this -- Betty White’s twin sister!

The show features the two legendary comediennes appearing as estranged sisters who reunite after 40 years. Ninety-year-old White plays Elka Ostrovsky, who is baffled at how obviously different the pair look now.

Referencing Rivers’ notorious love of plastic surgery, Elka asks her, ”What have you done to our face?”

The 78-year-old Rivers replies, “Me? What about you? Natural aging? Disgusting!"
