Martin family attorney Daryl Parks told In Session’s Ryan Smith that he believes Florida State Prosecutor Angela Corey’s decision to not use a grand jury is positive news.

“We’re actually pretty encouraged by it” says Parks, “one problem about the grand jury process is that it’s in secret, you don’t know who’s making the decision.”
“They want to see this guy arrested sooner than later,” said Parks. “Everyday that this guy walks the streets is a day that they have to deal with this issue. And I think they’ll be more encouraged once he’s actually arrested.”
