Is there another Casey Anthony trial brewing?

Casey Anthony's civil defense attorney is doing everything he can to make sure a defamation lawsuit against his client won’t go to trial.

On Friday at 1:30 p.m. a Judge will hear Anthony’s defense attorney argue for dismissal of the lawsuit.

Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation and claims she was harassed and threatened after Anthony came up with a fictitious nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez-Fernandez, also known as "Zanny the Nanny." Anthony accused the fictitious nanny of kidnapping her daughter, Caylee.

Also on Friday afternoon, Gonzalez's attorneys will ask the judge to order Anthony to turn over copies of a video diary she has been keeping since her acquittal and which she referenced in a video blog that recently surfaced online.

In July 2011, a jury acquitted Anthony of all the charges related to her child's death, but convicted her on four counts of lying to law enforcement. She was sentenced to four years. With credit for the time she served before and during her trial, she was released from jail July 17.

In Session on truTV will cover the hearing live on Friday at 1:30pm.
